Occupational Therapist

Monica completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours at the University of New Brunswick before pursuing her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie University. She is a registered occupational therapist with experience primarily in veterans’ mental health and chronic pain management.

Her practice also includes motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, ergonomic assessments, and general mental health support. Monica works exclusively with adults and takes a holistic, client-centered approach, taking extra care to understand each person’s unique experiences and goals.

She believes occupational therapy is a meaningful practice that supports people in finding fulfillment and purpose through the activities they want or need to do. With just over a year of clinical experience, Monica is passionate about supporting her clients in building independence, resilience, and a greater quality of life.
