Tammy is originally from Newfoundland and Labrador. After high school Tammy attended Saint Francis Xavier University in NS where she completed her business degree. After graduating in 2003 she worked in management for a few years but felt she was in the wrong profession. She had a strong desire to help people in a more personal way.

In 2008 she attended the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton NB and has been practicing ever since. She currently teaches at the College part time and is passionate about the profession and sharing her knowledge with new therapists.

Tammy is experienced in treating people of all ages and backgrounds including children, but she is especially passionate about helping veterans on their journey to optimal health and wellness. Compassionate touch, great communication skills and a strong belief in holistic health helps her provide excellent care to her patients everyday. 

 

She is accustomed to treating people with chronic pain due to injury, repetitive strain and somato-emotional tensions.  

She is trained in a multitude of modalities such as myofascial release, soft tissue release , deep tissue massage, TMJ treatment, child & adolescent massage, and prenatal massage to name a few. 

 

In her free time you will find her in the gym, outside enjoying Mother Nature or riding her motorcycle in the summer months.
